Softaino is a digital agency based in Model Town, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through softaino.com, why we collect it and what we do with it.

2. Information you give us
When you send our contact form, we collect:
Your full name and email address
Your country
Your WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it
The services you are interested in and your message
Your preferred day and time for a call, if you pick one
3. Information collected automatically
When the form is submitted we also record:
The page on our site you came from, and the website that referred you
Campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), if any
A one-way, salted hash of your IP address, used only to limit spam. We do not store your IP address itself and cannot turn the hash back into it.
4. How we use your information
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or send marketing emails without your consent.

5. Why we are allowed to use it
We process your information because you asked us to (you contacted us about our services), because it is needed to take steps towards a contract with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.
6. Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own staff dashboard, which visitors never receive.
7. Who we share it with
Your information is seen only by our team and by the service providers that run our systems on our behalf:
Our database provider, which stores enquiries
Our email provider, which delivers enquiry notifications to our team
Our website hosting provider
8. International transfers
Our providers may store or process data on servers outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards for personal data.
9. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you return. Client project records are kept for as long as the law or our contract with you requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
10. How we protect it
Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database and can be viewed only by signed-in members of our team. Connections to our website are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will tell you if a breach affects you.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy
Ask us to correct or delete it
Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
Withdraw consent you have given
Complain to your local data protection authority
12. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
